Found this with a quick search using Bing (ahem). In case you find it helpful: I believe Windows Maps and Bing Maps use the same data, provided you are logged in with your Microsoft account. But I can't find the import feature anywhere in the Bing Maps user interface. Before I go too far saving places in either Bing Maps or Google Maps, I'd like to ensure I can exchange my saved places between them.

Hover over 'Saved' in the top header and select 'Create map' Click ‘Upload from file’ in the left panel Click and drag your file into the box or hit 'Browse' to open your file manager and select your file
Go to My Maps, create a New Map and click on Import to import the GPX file and voila you can save your map. to convert the route on Google Maps to a GPX file
Caltopo (described above) is quite handy in that it allows you to import GPX (Garmin GPS file) or KML (Google Earth) files (both vector-based). You can overlay this data (plus easily create new points, paths and polygons in CalTopo), then underlay it with a selection of their imagery and data, then export all these layers together as a MBTiles

You can find this option in the menu on the left. Just under that layer, click the Import link. An option to import the GPX file from your computer will present itself. You can choose to do so or simply drag and drop the file directly into the area provided. Hit the Upload button and your map waypoints should be added to the new map, automatically.
