I like to play with 7 other AI’s on a huge map with no water so it’s a pure land battle.Ican access game settings fine with map info etc but I'd quite like to not just have random civs constantly. There's a bug that locks you out of civ select in single player skirmish. Try restarting your game. If that doesn't work, host a multiplayer game, set to private, and add ai bots. Can't pause in those games tho.
