Second best option is to use your guild hall and simply run from there. This, of course, requires the guild hall. The last option is to finish the story, and start the griffon collection. This will give you Spearmarshal's Plea, completely free with no cost or effort rather than getting to the sanctuary.
When you hit 80, if you don't have HoT or masteries, the exp doesn't go towards anything (same as if you have HoT but have masteries for that region maxed already). Then I guess I need to buy HoT so the experience would count towards something towards character impovement once I reach level 80. Thanks guys for the info.
If you level from 1-80 and do no other challenges, you get enough HPs to finish the core skills and traits. That is it. No left overs. (Because these lines need to be fully completed before you spend points in Elite lines)Fully unlocking core skills =98 hero points.Fully unlocking core traits =300 hero points.=398.
One of the things that really got me into GW2 was the fashion. I'm really interested in some of the elite spec's special armor skins (well, all of them except berserker). To waste as little of my time as possible, I was wondering the fastest way to acquire the necessary hundreds of HPs to max the an elite spec. Go into jungle > do hero points.
Dec 14, 2014 at 21:46. Add a comment. -2. The official wiki explains how you get there: Starting from Camp Resolve, go north-west towards Northern Shelf and then east to Picaroon Scratch. Go down the stairs along the eastern wall and then west through the cave until you reach Drydock Grotto Waypoint.
Elite specializations are a good idea. The ability to play in a completely different way is great. Sadly, many of the professions pretty much require those "elite specs" in order to function properly in most of the game modes. Finding the skill points for your hero can be amusing the first time,
HPs are not to be confused with Mastery Points (or Mastery Insights), which are account-bound. Unspent HPs are used to train your character in an elite profession - you need a total of 250 unspent HPs to completely unlock an elite. Hero Challenges on the core main maps are worth 1 HP each while those on the expansion maps are worth 10 HP each.
And we should get 398 hero points on getting to level 80. Everything was working well before this patch on 11/9. Now, after many levels, the hero points remain to be zero. And when checking the net, at level 29 I should have gotten 8 hero points, and at level 31 another 8 hero points. 3. as pointed out by others, hero points certainly do not take 15 hours and if they do, you really need to read up, watch some guides and improve on your game play as well as game knowledge. There are enough guides around to tackle this. A straitforward approach would be to join hero point trains. uyZ4cJ.
