The fuse box is on the drivers side in a black box near the hood release . There are 2 flat head screws to loosen and the cover pulls down and all the fuses are there and labled if not look for one with a broken fiament inside and thats the one thats bad there are also some under the hood also in a black box

My service manual states that the '02 T+C has a combination turn signal/hazard flasher/daytime running lights module which is located on the junction block, adjacent to and left of the steering column. To access it, you must remove the steering column lower cover and knee pad panel. There is also a fuse for turn signal/hazard flasher.

2009 Town and Country under the hood fuse box must have changed from 2007. I had the door lock problem and changed fuse M38 ( door lock ) and it worked . Old fuse was fried. There was a 10A fuse in and I replaced with a 10 Ahowever the schematic called for a 25 A. If it fries again, I will put in a 25A
